Wine 101 Course was Created to take the WTF out of selecting a wine out of that massive wall of bottles. While sampling three wines, we will identify the major grapes, their flavor profiles, and growing regions as we walk through the basics of tasting wines as well as wine ordering and presentation at fine restaurants.
