Beat the summer heat as we prep for Christmas! That’s right, the studio will be decorated for Christmas with all of our holiday products out for a special discount. But we can’t make it feel like Christmas at the Studio without a workshop!
Come paint your own 14” tall wooden Nutcracker! We will help guide your color palette, and give you tips and tricks on how to create your very own fine art nutcracker.
Indigo Scarf Workshop
Join us for a Wednesday morning learning how to use indigo to make a beautiful set of square scarves!
Local maker, Carolyn Dzoba, will teach you about the magic of indigo dye and help you create two beautiful square scarves. You will be taught different techniques to choose from for your scarf set.
Come ready to get a little messy as you learn to dip your creations in vats of indigo and watch your creations come to life.

Three nights of intentional time letting your brain reset through creativity. We will guide you through a variety of fun projects all inspired by unplugging around a summer table with friends.

This style of intuitive semi-abstract painting gives you the chance to explore color theory, pattern making, and negative space painting. While that all may sound a little fancy or scary, it is really just artist talk for a day where you get to play with color, get lost in pattern, and find freedom in basic shapes. We will be there to help you along the way, so there is no pressure to have any prior painting experience or art knowledge. Just come ready to get creative and enjoy an evening out!
Some light snacks & drinks will be provided.

This style abstract impressionism is a unique way to view light and color. Join us as we look at famous paintings by Claude Monet and learn to view the world as he did. His unique use of color and brush strokes created masterpieces studied and loved around the world. We will use oil pastels to mimic his brush strokes and create our own magical Monet inspired pieces.
Some light snacks & drinks will be provided.

— ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Ashley Ruff is a painter inspired by nature, global textiles, and natural light. Her art celebrates botanical life through vibrant and bold hues. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from Winthrop University and has spent more than 17 years creating and directing art, design, and photography. In recent years, Ashley has turned her focus to watercolor and acrylic painting, blending her love of color and nature into her work. She offers original paintings, a small selection of home products, and fine art prints. In addition to her artwork, Ashley designs textiles and household products featuring her original patterns, and provides web design and branding services for businesses.

Spring break is almost here, and we don’t think you have to make any big travel plans to have a good time! Join us at the studio for our first-ever SPRING BREAK CRAFT CRASH COURSE!
Sometimes we just have an abundance of creative ideas that we can’t get out of our minds. So for this 3-hour mini camp, we are going to do a quick crash course on creating just for the fun of it! Think sculptures, paintings, unique materials, and more. Just come ready to get creative and maybe a little messy.
